Chipotle Mexican Grill

"First, I was given completely wrong food. I received chicken and steak instead of veggies. I tried to call, but they wouldn't answer the phone. So, I drove back. They threw the food away with no apology. As they tried to remake the order, they tried to hand me plain black beans and rice since they were out of fajita veggies and fresh tomato salsa. At this point, I asked for a refund since they were out of what I had ordered (this was at 8 pm. Not closing time.) I was informed I couldn't get a refund. I asked for a manager and was told they were all managers. Okay, can you at least put on the rest of the things I ordered like cheese, sour cream, guacamole? Someone finally went in the back and got a thing of plain tomatoes. I was like okay. So, I was refused a refund and forced to take part of my order. Never again."

"Normally I love Chipotle. I have been to this location twice now, once inside and once through mobile ordering. Both times were at about 8pm. Buyer beware - each time the rice was old and dried out. The second time I ordered on mobile and my order was completely messed up. Neither of my burritos had the guac that I paid extra for, and the chicken burrito was filled with carnitas instead. When I reached out to corporate online, they only gave me a reward code for one burrito, even though 2 burritos were messed up and gross. We won't be back to this location."

"If they could keep the store clean and the food hot I'd be a much happier customer. I will say though the last time I was in within the last 2 weeks of this post there was a young lady busting her butt to try to keep the lobby clean which is a first for me I haven't seen that in the past year and a half. (My biggest concern would be the food not being up to temp.)"

"I order the same thing everytime I visit and the amount of food in my bowl is NEVER consistent. The staff aren't all warm and welcoming, but they aren't rude either. It's a clean space. Besides all that, I keep going back because the food is good."

"Me and my fiancé went for a quick bite and first of all literally every table there was filthy with dirt dust and old food sitting all over the place, so me and her went to order and one of the workers was extremely rude and rushed me to order what I wanted. I’ve been to multiple Chipotles and this one by far was the worst I’ve ever been to. Only thing I can say positive about it was the food was pretty good. The workers seemed like they hated their jobs and it shows through the way they treat the customers that spend their hard earned money there. That’s all."
