"No happy hour, used to be a go to place before new owners. $5 for a pint of yuengling, 4$ for a diet coke, no wonder the place was empty. Good staff, feel for them! Menu also overpriced. Good thing there is bowling."

"In a time when businesses are struggling for help I was highly impressed with the superior service the small staff of only 6 was presenting to all the customers who showed up all at once from a Bowling Fundraiser. The manager and Cindy where able to accommodate the customers with timely service while maintaining a friendly demeanor to all The food was delicious and well presented. Thank you"

"The evening started off well until our waitress seemed to forget over and over what we were asking for with drinks etc. We had to remind her several times as she passed by the table. The place wasn’t that busy. The food was ok and entertainment great! Here’s why I’ll never go back. I paid our tab and I wasn’t going to tip our waitress well for bad service, but I did leave her half of what I normally would. So I didn’t stiff her! Suddenly the manager arrives at the table and openly confronts me about the low tip in front of others at our table and I’m quite certain others heard as well. He was rude as I explained why I left a low tip. He was huffy and thought he was intimidating me I suppose. To the contrary. This was a classic blunder in questioning a customer in this way. I paid our bill and any good waitstaff would never pull such a stunt. The idea of a tip is to reward service. Bad service, low tip, get the idea. I was embarrassed for our new friends at the table. The manager or owner should be ashamed of themselves. I’m not surprised why I hear business isn’t good there and the establishment needed a Village bailout recently! The whole idea is to encourage a good experience, not deny problems and try to muscle your way with patrons. You think you won, but you actually lost. The Villages is huge on paying it forward. You blew it little man!"

"Unexpected surprise at a bowling alley. Great assortment of menu choices, including pizza and coney island style hot dogs. The owner is friendly and caring. Great prices for drinks and food. Exceptionally clean. A local treasure."

"We like to go here to listen and dance to Danny B, he plays at a lot of the establisments in the area. The food here is pretty good, basic bar food from chicken wings, Burger's, pizza, etc. We usually get chicken wings and pizza. The picture looks like the place is only moderately full, but the people in the two tables in front of us were dancing and you can see person remaining at the table is dressed for cold wear. It was one of the few days in Florida that was cold and windy, but The Pub still attracts a nice crowd. If you haven't tried this place yet, I suggest you go on a night when on of your favorite artists is entertaining."
