"I have been to many places in my life and I can honestly say this was the absolute worst place I have ever been. To start only white or flat bread, cheese American or pepper jack, but honestly Kristen I believe her name is I swear was the rudest person I have ever met in a fast food place. She was so overly entitled and rude. Talked so disrespectful to the customers. I think retraining or nee staff may be needed here."

"The worst experience I've ever had In my life. The manager was some young smart mouth girl with no respect. There was no greeting by staff members. The manager Kristine made a point to make comments and laugh about my gentleman friend as he tried to order his food. He has a country accent they she was being rude about it to him. When my friend became upset the manager just refused to serve us and laughed some more at him. In all my life I've never seen this type of attitude from any restaurants staff members. I'm truly offended by subway of lady lake, fl. 32159 it's located on guava street. Thank you, Wendy Williams"

"I had two young women Wednesday night, make me the best sub I ever had. The food was great. They had patience and was very concerned on making my order correct. They had excellent customer service skills and overall did an awesome job. Not to mention, the manager that was on the shift, who was actually working and not sitting around like most managers that I've seen. She was very attentive to her employees, as well as the customers. Great job everyone, and thank you for your hard work and great food. I will highly recommend people to try this Subway if they want great fresh handmade subs and great customer service."

"My husband and I stopped by Subway on the way home from traveling 2 days during the Christmas vacation week. We dine in and receive a warm and friendly welcome by the employees there working. The meatball sub was hot and freshly made and was just like we wanted. The dining room was cutely decorated for Christmas. They had Santa dressed up as Santa,the chairs also decorated and there was wrapped presents on the trash containers and along the windows. It was great to have a quick bite to eat so we didn’t have to cook dinner when we arrived home."

"A nice nearly-new location. The sandwich makers are quick and friendly. My toasted sandwich was served with a foil wrapper -- something new to me. But, it makes sense to keep it warm. Smart move, Subway. My S'more cookie was YUMMY. The place is small and a bit noisy compared to other locations. It was very clean and staff was mask less, which I am seeing as a trend as we all are climbing from "the COVID19 pit of despair"."
