"I'm not a fan of using a kiosk to order my own food or checking myself out. I haven't been trained to do so and when there's an error it looks like it's my fault. There was no receipt so I get to look like a fool too. This is not my idea of good service and I won't return. Also my chocolate frosty was sub par. I dont know how they make it since I'm not an employee there but more chocolate please. The coke machine had all the flavors except plain coke. Overall the staff was nice until I was asking where was my other sandwich where they got defensive instead of trying to help me. Say sorry, tell me you're working on it while I go back to the kiosk and try to order it again myself. The place looks new and some customer service training is needed. If a kiosk is the way of the future of Wendy's, you lost 1 customer."

"It was very frustrating day for me but when I arrived at this Wendy's I was greeted by Tabitha. The Aurora of her kindness is contagious. While waiting for my food I observed the way she treated her coworkers and other customers by the I was finished with my food I was in a much better mood. Tabitha and her entire crew are the example of what courtesy kindness and fast food should be. And all of them have good voices"

"Food was okay but luke warm at best. You order from a kiosk so if you have any questions or have a coupon you are out of luck. Gentleman behind didn't know how to use kiosks. No one came out to help him so I ended up explaining it to him. No condiments out what so ever."
