"I spent 20 minutes of my 30 minutes lunch waiting to be served and after that time, they sent a person to my car to ask me about my order when I explained to the first person that took my order what I wanted. The second person took my order and never returned back with my order. I left the place and I went to another fast fast food( less than 6 minutes to order and received my food)with better customer service and food. Don't recommend it. IT should change the name to SLOWnic."
"Idk man, i was on the phone with my girl and Madison over there was honestly so sweet to her when taking her order and bringing it to her. She was courteous, polite and overall just a good employee. The restaruant does not get 5 stars she does. They just hired her to work there that is all."
"I come to this location all the time and right now, I want to recognize sweet Madison for giving me such an AMAZING service!! She was the only girl running food out and I was so happy with her professionalism and customer service that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this girl gets a raise!! This girl is so amazing and I will continue to come back here for quality service from her."
"This is one of the mine worst places to stop for lunch. My wife was surprise I said I would do the drive through. I was surprise, my sandwich was hit and fresh, my chocolate shake was thick with wip cream and a cheery on top, my onion rings and fries were hot and tasted great. Serves at the drive through and service at the window was polite. No longer my worst place to go."
"Ordered a chili cheese foot long, that was good. Mozzarella sticks were not that hot and the marinara sauce was very watered down. My strawberry creme milkshake was too thick to drink thru a straw but they didn't give me spoon. I ordered a soda and ice cream cone after I was done that and waited over 10 mins for them to bring it out. When I asked where it was the gentleman heard me and came out immediately. He instantly brought out my soda and ice creamfor free."
