"We’ve ordered at Sammy’s quite a bit. Problem is carry outs. Last time we had over a $50 take order and did not get everything. When I called the night manager blamed the day manager and said she couldn’t do anything. We live 1/2 hour away. Actually when I called she said “oh, we thought someone was a no show”. I stated my husband picked up the order and wasn’t given the whole thing. She said there was nothing she could do. We decided to try again, benefit of the doubt. Food is good (when it’s right). Tonight I ordered a pizza that ran over $37. Got the pizza home opened the box to see I had a square cheese pizza. Not the house special Sicilian with extra cheese that I ordered. I thought $37 was high for pizza but a $37 cheese pizza. I’m done. No more. Good luck. Check your food and double check your order. They do not take accountability which is the worst and that’s coming from a small business owner of many years!"

"We have been here many times and always enjoyed it until today. We were the only customers in there and our waitress couldn't pay attention to us. She claims they were setting up for a party. Well, that should have been done by the other employees not by the one waitress who had customers. Lillie had a horrible attitude when my husband informed her she brought him the wrong tea."

"We had the Mondays special that goes till evening meatballs with pasta and it comes with soup or salad for $8.99. The food was good, salad excellent. Can't wait to try their pizza and other items."
