"Drive up: Ordered (2) 3pc dark meat chicken with 2 sides meal. Each had 2 wings and a leg. No thighs. Cashier even asked if they could substitute extra crispy on the thighs cause they ran out of original.! For $27+ I was highly disappointed. No quality on customer service."
"To be frank the food I purchased did not make up for the service I received. While ordering my food at the drive thru this afternoon I began to get frustrated with two individuals speaking over each other for over a minute into the microphone in the attempt to explain a menu item to me. In an attempt to gain clarity I asked that only one person speak to me as so that I may better understand what they were trying to convey, shortly after I placed my order I pulled around to the window and upon paying for my order to the woman at the window another employee behind her gives me the MIDDLE FINGER. I came into the store to speak to the supervisor but I feel as though the situation was not properly addressed. I can’t even begin to describe the density of illness I feel in my bone marrow right now. That is how appalled I am by this establishments level of professionalism. So thank you for exuding the absolute worst level of customer service I have received since I watched my mom get rung up at circuit city. Thank you to the manager Patty for taking the time on shift to hear my concerns but admittedly if I never get to eat at KFC again it'll be too soon. Yours truly but not really, a very perturbed customer."
"We ordered 2 meals dining inside. We waited 22 minutes and ask for our money back. They never put my order in. The manager very rude and the men’s toilet was backed up. 3 employees went to go fix it he problem and came right back to work without washing there hands working with no gloves on. I’ll never go back to this location ever again."
"For many years I have stopped at KFC once a week in Belleview Fl. and always get Chicken Pot Pie. The past few times I have gone through Drive Thru. The quality of the pies has gone down hill. They have had no chicken or very little chicken. Today I purchased a PP and it’s mostly carrots. Their was a couple slivers of chicken, nothing like it’s been in the past with chunks of chicken. The price of pies have gone up but we are getting less of the good ingredients. Hence why it’s called Chicken Pot Pie. See pics of today’s PP with mostly carrots."
