"We came in with a party of 20 calling ahead to allow for seating when we arrived. Our wait for seating was about 20 minutes after arrival. Everyone's meal came out just as ordered. Our steaks were perfect kudos to the chef. Our wait staff did a wonderful job with timing our appetizer, salad, and bread coming as it should before our main course. The restrooms were clean and stocked. They offer a family restroom, which was perfect considering we came with 2 babies, a 2 and 4 year old. Thank you, Texas Roadhouse, for making our experience wonderful."

"First and foremost, they permit you to walk-in and sit at the bar WITHOUT waiting. The BAR area is self-seating. I mentioned that most people don’t know that and the hostess and a waitress disagreed with me. I walked out to the crowd waiting and told four couples and all four went in and sat at the bar. The steak was marginal but the price was right. In my opinion, the place is only packed simply because of the affordable menu prices. My Rare steak was a little tough and my wife’s medium steak was overcooked and dry. If I hadn’t had such a disrespecting experience with the teenaged host and waitress in the bar, I would’ve mentioned the quality to a manager for their own benefit. I wasn’t looking for a free meal or to send my dinner back for a do-over. It simply didn’t meet my expectations. Table service by the waitress was excellent."

"Everyone is pleasant. They tried to put four adults in one of their smaller booths. It's quite awkward to have to ask for a larger booth. They shouldn't assume we want to be stuck up against each other to eat AND have nowhere to place our personal belongings like purses. Our server did not order what we requested. She ordered the $8.00 higher priced steak when the sirloin steak was requested. The server was not that attentive. We had to ask for more rolls rather than being offered. Drinks were slow to be refilled. I enjoyed the fillet I ordered. Everything was cooked as we requested. The staff were friendly."
