"I asked for extra bbq sauce, they give me buttermilk ranch. I hate going to this place because the service is horrible"

"We have ate meals, from there they were good prepared food. I only kept running into the help not understanding when I said no Spice and we would get home, fine spiced food, I had to let someone eat my meal, I would have had my mealbut they kept giving me spicy. At least 5 different times, then last night we'd tried again food was good, but myself went to the counter, because they did not give our sauce. So I asked for the Honey BBQ sauce,she got it out, hit we got home and it was spicy BBQ. SO WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THAT!? I see the problem as inexperienced workers learning the job, most of all not listening to the people when they give directions on what they are ordering. Or they ask what sauce you want? Then they just reach under counter not paying attention grab what ever they reach for through it into a bag. I cannot tell you how many times we have had problems. We still go to Popeye hoping these problems will get solved. Because we really think there food is very good. However, there are many problems that need addressed. Thank you for your time."

"This appears to be a new location. We stopped in, after leaving Tampa. The staff here was unbelievable! They provided top notch service. Brought my food to me, made sure I had fresh fries and was very friendly to my little cousin! Hazel was the lady that helped us and she was AWESOME! I would never leave a review for a fast food place, but they were just that good and I had too!"

"This store has trouble since it opened. We even quit going because the quality of food and rudeness of employees was unbelieveable. We finally decided to give it another chance and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I Customers were happy,employees were happy and food quality was 5 stars! I had to ask who the new manager was because obviously this was what had happened. I was told she was on duty would I like to speak to her. Kayla was her name . I told her what an amazing impact she had made regarding the store n the employees moral. We now frequently go to Popeyes because of Kayla and the standard she holds her employees to. Popeyes you are fortunate to have such a great manager n team with her. Clean store, great food, happy employees."

"New management what a Difference!! Best Popeyes in the area. As a fried chicken connoisseur I highly recommend you check out this spot! Crunchiest, Juiciest, white meat around! If it’s the dark meat you’re after, you’ve got to try Ghost Pepper wings, or try a 3pc spicy leg) ask for Harry; apparently the new manager. The staff is all very friendly and shows a sense of urgency and they take pride in what they do. I would caution you however; if you plan to stop by at night. Check your order, and be prepared to wait. Looks like they’re still working on the night crew.. overall fantastic place to eat, best chicken place ever!! Rated #1 for Popeyes on the east coast.
