Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"Fabulous and Friendly service which was very impressive for our experience at the Tampa Palms Olive Garden. Our Server was great and so was the lovely Manager who asked if we needed anything. The food is what you would expect at an upgraded cafeteria style venue. The portions are big. The salad was ok. The bread sticks were good. The drinks seemed very water downed, and we could not taste any alcohol. For a meal for two for a hundred dollars there are many upscale restaurants that will rival the quality."

"Went there with my wife for dinner twice at this location because we don't live in the Citrus Park area. We both had the shrimp scampi which is always delicious. Good portions and many shrimp. The all you can eat salad and bread sticks you won't leave hungry. I would highly recommend this particular location. I've been to others and not been as satisfied with either there service or portions. Anyway the management here at Citrus Park knows how to operate and satisfy their customers. Thank you, management team."

"I had a horrible experience with a manager who was a tall older white man with glasses. He claimed to have 5 years of industry experience. Unfortunately, my usual Chicken Alfredo dish was not up to par. The chicken was burnt and flavorless, and the broccoli was undercooked and cold. I notified the server about the issue, but the promised visit from the manager never happened. I decided not to request a remake as my appetite had already waned. Towards the end of the meal, I noticed an $8 charge for the soup on the bill, which was supposed to be part of my entree. When I questioned it, the server mentioned that the manager would clarify. Finally, the manager arrived, but he had a snarky attitude from the beginning to the end. He insisted on the charge, claiming that he saw me order the soup separately. Despite my dispute, I was taken aback by the lack of courtesy and respect. This level of service falls short of what I expected, especially considering my frequent visits to this establishment. As a corporate restaurant, they should uphold better standards. The manager's claimed 5 years of experience did not reflect in his attitude towards customers. He didn't even approach our table the first time around, and he made the cheap move of charging for an item that I had already consumed before the entree came out messed up. Instead of apologizing for the situation, the manager had the audacity to charge us. It was an unbelievable experience from start to finish, and I will not be returning. They need to remove this rude manager from the establishment. I'm starting to think his so-called "industry experience" was from a fast food chain. It was a disgusting experience."

"This place was really good. I’ve been living out of the US for sometime now and this was my first experience with this chain in over a few years. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and drinks which were all good. The only question I have is it routine for the cheese to be grated over onto the table? My waitress seemed to do this with every cheese request. I thought it was odd but maybe it’s customary. Please let me know in the comments."

"My friends and I were in the mood for Italian food and we hadn't been to Olive Garden in a while, so we decided to go there for dinner. The restaurant had a beautiful decoration and we were warmly welcomed by our server, Todd, who was excellent in helping us with our order. After looking through the menu, we started with a bottle of Merlot and ordered the Unlimited Garden Salad and the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup for starters. For our main course, we ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Fettuccine Alfredo. We were served the wine first, which was an excellent beginning to our Italian dinner. Shortly after, we received our salad and soup. I love their garden salad and am a big fan of it. We then received our pasta dishes, which were both delicious and filling. We thoroughly enjoyed our Italian dinner."
