"This place is horrible.. people are rude and lazy then wanna give you an attitude when they can't get your order ready ordered online, said it was ready went to pick up and had to wait another 20 min because they are lazy and taking the order in line not the one I placed 35 minutes ago. "Absolute worst customer service only one person working I went in to get one sandwich. The lady ahead of me had four she stated that she wasn’t going to take my order because she had been there since open by herself and she needed to take a break so you’re telling me you can’t do your job by taking my order because you need a break honey. Your job is not that hard to make a sandwich, and if you can’t clearly do what your job is, then you do not need to be working so needless to say she did not take my order did not make my food"
"Easily the worst subway I've ever been to and one of the worst food establishments if not the worst. 2 people behind the counter who obviously haven't received any training whatsoever. Tried ordering something off the snack menu and was told they weren't sure what that even is and they don't know how to make it so I can't have it. Not sure how they're open still because they shouldn't be. It's an embarrassment to the franchise."
"My family went to the Subway at Walmart in Ocala store number 37769-0 I had the worst service I have ever had in any of the stores The girl who waited on us was completely rude and very unprofessional she was more concerned about going home than making our sandwiches correctly and her lack of customer service we ordered 3 subs. A BLT which she didn't cook the bacon before putting it on the sandwich,my husband got a Turkey sub which was Dry and only had 2 pieces of Turkey on it was hard to find we were served by 1109 at 7:56:57 Host order ID SPM20220420075656 He had to buy more turkey just to have turkey on it.I will never go to this Subway again"
