"This is genuinely the worst mcdonalds you could goto in the area. Food is NEVER handed out correctly, and the food is constantly cold and they must not clean their stuff cause the shakes are always tasting spoiled. Instead of actually doing the job they get paid to do, workers are on their phone in front of customers face and anywhere that is properly managed will not allow that. Probably why they always hand my order out wrong anyways. Going to the mcdonalds near the 7/11 is always worth the drive theyre so much better and more accurate aswell as polite. This place genuinely sucks"

"The customer service here is not so good. I’ve been going here for months now but have started going elsewhere. There is no customer engagement, no “good morning” etc., if you have to wait they don’t say sorry for the wait. I pull up to the window and I’m greeted with a hand like a beggar begging for change. No words untill I say something. The second window is even worse. Some of the girls there wear bonnets which is unprofessional they hand you your cup and food and say here you go and if you ask for something they seem so annoyed that you asked."
"The line pitside was super long and they took for ever to give you the food. I figured it was taking a while because they were making my order fresh, NO... it was cold when I got it. This place is very disorganized."
