"First I go to the counter to order and I'm told, you have to use the kiosk, I can't take your order. I reluctantly use the kiosk, get my order, and when we are passing out the food at home we found they didn't give us the Mexican pizza that we paid for. At least the food we did get was good"

"Just left this location about an hour ago and when I say this store is probably the most unprofessional, unfriendly, ghetto disrespectful human beings is an understatement. Came for a late night meal with my husband as we usually do and we pull up to the drive through to receive the worst experience in my entire life!!!!!!! The women on the speaker was not so happy as she was taking our order. She was very frustrated and you can hear it all her voice. She gave us our total and said “pull around” in the middle of our ordering we was not done yet. we get to the window and she calls my husband a ma’am on purpose. My husband asks her what is her issue? She responded with “what is your issue ma’am”? My husband than told her I am not comfortable with eating here can I please get my refund. She refuses to give him anything and slams the door. My husband ask to speak to the manager, Jesus what was that for. She was worst than the employee. My husband was parked pretty far from the window so he got out the car to get close since he was using Apple Pay. She tells him to get back inside the car if not she isn’t giving him a dollar. He also apologized to the young lady because they had a back and forth situation and it wasn’t necessary we came to eat and leave that’s it. The manager starts cursing and slams the door again in my husband face. we have all of this on camera btw. We waited about 5-10 mins to see if she was going to at least give us the food since we paid. Nothing. My husband calls the police. Police now arrive, the manager still being very disruptive and disrespectful in front of police to the point the deputy told her to be quiet multiple times. The deputy was going back and forth to both parties and he was able to get us a refund so we can move on and go home, just like what we wanted to do before the police even had to get involved. Because I was using Apple Pay, my face recognition wasn’t working for the police officer so he asked me to go inside so we can get this settled. The manager starts screaming “ I don’t want that b in here”. The deputy again tells the women to be quiet and take my credit card so we can leave, she refuses too. She starts coming up to me like she was going to attack me so the employee started holding her back also telling her to please calm down while the deputy is in between her so she doesn’t come closer. The deputy apologized to me and my husband about the incident and understood how wrongfully we was treated today by these women and they do not deserve to serve our community with the disgusting behavior and disrespect they showed today. We are hard working paying customers and we didn’t deserve to get treated like that because they want to go home and it was late. We left with paying full price and no food and a police report against 2 employees at Taco Bell. Shame on whoever put this women in position to run a business. Shame on the team for allowing this women to act a fool in front of her child that was sitting there in the dining room at 1 in the morning. This was the worst experience of my life ever at a restaurant and we will be taking this incident very serious and our lawyers will be contact your owner."

"Wow!! I went through the drive through. I order Bean Burrito w/ NO ONIONS. Which I said 4 times because the gentlemen taking the order kept talking over me. Then I ordered chips and cheese and a cheesy Gordita crunch. I pay and get get my “food” and drive home I finally open my bag to eat.. and there are mounds of onions in the burrito almost intentionally. No chips but got the cheese and no sauce. I call the store and guy says,” what do you want me to do.” I asked for a refund. He said “ you gonna bring the food back with your receipt”. NICE! Excellent customer service.. what an absolutely incompetent individual. Never eating at this location again!"

"Exceptional service, I didn’t notice anyone wearing a badge. The lady at the counter who took our order had a beautiful accent. She was very helpful, courteous, and patient. We ordered 2 of the burrito supremes and nacho fries. The burritos and fries were sooo delicious!!! The restaurant dining area was very clean. Prices for the items we ordered were very reasonable. There are some parking spaces designated for handicapped only."
