"This place is ALWAYS missing something, they have people taking orders that don’t know what they are doing or have enough consideration to tell someone that they don’t know!!! If I ask you, do I have an item and you tell me yes, but in all actuality, you have no idea just say that so I can look , next time I’m just gonna cause a scene. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE FOOD."

"Visited 10:15am Monday morning (11/20) and the kid working the window forgot a hashbrown I had paid for. When I got home I slid the hashbrown out of the paper and this is what I found. Top is a bite I took on the drive home and the bottom is clearly the bite mark of a clown person with a dented forehead and massive under bite. Hilarious but that NPC you have working the window needs to be spanked."

"I visited this location at 11:30am with my husband and my son. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese meal and my son and husband ordered chicken nugget meals. The service was fast and friendly. My sandwich was cold, but the fries were good. My husband and son said their meals were good. The tables were clean while we were there."

"Went here because my teens wanted McDonald’s and quickly realized why we don’t go to this location anymore. We order a 6 pc nugget meal, a cheeseburger with no onion no pickle a McChicken sandwhich Fries and a chocolate shake. We received this shake at window without a care in the world this was handed to us this way. Had to ask fir napkins to clean off myself. We got our food and went home. Quickly realized that we were missing food and our number gets and fries were hard as a rock after we asked specifically to make fresh when we ordered. So we called and spoke to Mgr on duty and she treated us very rude like we were trying to get free food. I told her I’m not trying to get free food I’m trying to get fresh food, as it should have been in the first place. She then tell me to bring all items back up there with my receipt and she will fix and give me my missing item. So we get there and she never even came to window to acknowledge me or apologize for her mistake. Or for me having to drive back up there. The cashier girl was rude too. So they remade my food and I left again. But this time I checked food in parking lot to find out again they still forgot our missing item. So pulled around to drive thru still mgr did not come but you could see her inside throwing her hands all around and talking stuff. Very unprofessional. We got our missing cheeseburger and went home. When we get home we open food to eat and realized that they gave me missing cheeseburger but it’s totally the wrong one. It was supposed to have no onion no pickle and it had all that plus lettuce and a ton of ketchup. My McChicken had all its lettuce on the side of it not on sandwhich but it was wrapped in packs it came in. This place is a joke for service and a waste of money for food. We will not be returning here ever again."
