"they give out food that’s been sitting over 2 hours. When told i wanted my food fresh they re fried the same old ones and tried to lie about it. When i said something about it she caught an attitude and hung up in my face. This happened on February 13th ,2024 @2:51 pm. who is ever was manager on duty needs to be gone this is the 3rd time this has happened!"

"Huge thing that is missing from our local Taco Bells is leadership and management. Beyond that this is my multiple experiences at this location. Walk in no one greets you but makes eye contact with you. Sign says use Kiosk to order. Who wants to touch that greasy mess of a screen. I was told they clean it every hour. Every hour my eye. My guess is whenever they get around to it. They have plenty of people standing around all the time. Teach one of them to use the front register. The drive through window operator is always standing around and it's only a few steps from the window to the counter. The food order is almost always wrong. Am I wrong about anything I've said above... absolutely not. I love that they do not greet you when you walk in they just stare at you. A bunch of young kids always running the place. When I asked for a manager. One had to go call one on the phone. Guess how that worked out. He couldn't get anyone to answer. If I were ownership I'd fire most of them and set a new standard. This goes for the store on 54 as well. Both exact same problems."

"We went for a *quick* lunch break. Don't do that if you're in a hurry to get back to work. The new "order your own food" option sucks, I can't believe that we paid over $24 for 2 of us to eat and we had to order our own food. And watching the elderly folks trying to navigate this new option was even more sad. I know they just renovated but the ice machine wasn't even working so we had to wait on someone to come to the counter to fill our ice for us. Just overall disappointed."

"They have decided that lettuce is the main ingredient in any of your tacos. A few pieces of cheese and 1 tsp of meat are all you get. Don't worry, though, you will get 40 packets of sauce to fill those tacos. I can tell you that it's been consistently like this for a while. I can't believe they can get away with making you pay more for way less."

"I never do reviews. But first they gave me the incorrect order. Then the "correct" order was tortilla shells with no filling. Asked for 2 burritos, got a shell with a thin layer of filling. Ordered a 12 count party pack of tacos, they gave it to me in a box that immediately fell through when i walked out the door. Proceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes for 12 more soft tacos. Unacceptable."
