"Brownie batter filled doughnuts were there!! I haven't had 1 in years. It was every bit as good as I remember! Long line at the drive through but our order was right & the line moved pretty quick."

"Kristin did an excellent job today. Her professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and eagerness to accommodate me and keep the customer happy makes me think she must have prior management or supervisor experience. It's people like her who make me want to continue being a customer. Also, the time I was in before this there was a general good vibe in the shop. The employees were joking around and happy. One was even singing. People don't want to see miserable employees when they come in. They want to feel good vibes and this is a stark contrast to how it was just a few months ago. Not sure if anything changed but this is the Dunkin I want to visit. Great job, everyone."

"This place is always booming. This Dunkin is in a great location. Staff is always friendly and hard working. They've kept up with maintaining a new like appearance. Food is good, nice place to have a cup of coffee and donut or lunch."

"After going here daily since the opening of this store years ago, I unfortunately will not be going here anymore. I used to know a lot of the staff that was there, they knew me. I kept seeing new faces and the coffee kept getting worse. Mind you I’ve had the same order for YEARS! I ask for only 2 Carmel and 2 cream and 2 sugar in my large ice coffee and my coffees are nasty now! READ THE LABELS before making the coffees!! Please!! My coffees are so nasty and sweet it’s like drinking sugar water! I mean it’s face puckering gross. I go in and have it remade and it taste just as gross. One person remade it and I watched her ignore the label and put the standard 4 Carmel 4 cream and I mentioned for her to read the label and she got an attitude. My coffee used to be so good I was bragging to people about how good this place was. The staff are so nice staff but please please start reading labels. I think the new staff has continuously trained incorrectly. Please read labels!"
