The Academy well prepared them spiritually and educationally for life. Two of our children graduated High School with AP Honors in the top 10% of their class and have gone off to college. "Both of my boys have attended the Academy since kindergarten. They are now in 8th grade and 5th grade and it was the best academic decision that my wife and I made. To see them grow over the years with a Christ centered curriculum while being supported by the staff and teachers has been invaluable. I am confident that my boys will leave BSA with a strong foundation and will be very well prepared as they move on to the next stage of their schooling. Academics will always be the priority, but I would also like to point out that the athletic programs that are also offered at the academy are wonderful. At a very early age (4th grade) you can get your son or daughter involved in a variety of team sports. "I attended Bell Shoals for my middle school years. The curriculum was challenging and prepared me for rigorous high school courses and the teachers cared deeply for their students. (Shoutout to Mrs. Kline, Ms. Harding, and Coach Heath, who are still at the Academy positively impacting their students!) Fast forward a few years and I returned to the Academy as a substitute teacher! My experience as an employee at the school was just as spectacular as when I attended as a student. I would have loved to have stayed on as a full-time teacher, but my calling was in a slightly different direction. I am now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving children and families in the greater Tampa area. I would not be where I am today without the positive impact Bell Shoals had on my life."
