Burger King

"It was 83 degrees in the kids indoor play area... My husband asked why it's so hot in there and if the AC was broken because the thermostat said 83 but they said there's no AC for the kids play area, even though it's an indoor facility? It was hot and humid, no air circulation at all and kids were running around with bright red faces overheating. As a parent, not even playing, just sitting at a table, I felt as if I was overheating as well. This is a major safety concern because kids overheat a lot easier than adults. It also looked like the play area hadn't been cleaned in a few days. There was food and trash everywhere. I walked around and tried to clean up the area to the best of my ability so kids wouldn't get into leftovers and trash on the floors and tables. This facility wasn't hardly busy so there's no excuse for the kids area to be completely trashed. The garbage can was overflowing as well. I had to use napkins to pack down the garbage I picked up off the floors and tables. If I was part of management at this facility I would be ashamed of myself."

"Service was fast and this place was semi clean. The soda machine was messy . Had ordered whopper Jr meal number3 Chicken sandwich meal #4 crispy chicken bacon & Swiss sandwich meal #6 was fresh and hot . However the crispiness was crispy at all lol.the foundation sodas not fresh except for the lemonade and sprite.need to pay attention to details on the fountain soda Machine and clean the outside of the building to represent"

"Visit the one on 40 Silver Springs Boulevard and was told what they don't have and again the shake machine is down. I rarely want to go to Burger King and it seems this is a pattern for this store, just can't find good help nowadays. Never visit this store or any other Burger King locally. I guess I could say thank you for making Wendy's look better."

"Went through drive thru and was given cold burgers. Took them inside and manager acted like it was a burden to fix it. Then had to wait over 5 minutes to get 2 replacement wiper jr's. Don't know what happened but burgers are so tiny. Manager was running around like he couldn't keep up. The whole time there was only 2 people inside and only 3 cars in drive thru. Hate to see how bad it is when they really get busy. Do better burger king."
