"Decent place. Good pizza, only thing I ask in order to improve it “please don’t overload a pizza with excessive amount of topping unless requested.. it causes the pizza to go flat and it makes the cheese fall off.” Sucks. Ty"
"Missing a star for forgetting all of the irser multiple times. The pizza is always great, and hot. But the last few times we've ordered the extra pizza sauce we paid for wasn't in the boxes. 1st time, ok it happens they're busy. 2nd time, OK maybe next time they will put some in there. 3rd time, called after ordering to make sure they didn't forget and it still wasn't in there. Called and talked to Ron and he got us credit for the last two times missed. Thank you Ron! As dumb as it may sound, we paid for it and every order should be double checked before leaving the store to make sure everything is there."
"My orders from Papa Johns are usually correct; however, this evening my pizza was delivered without Garlic Parmesan Cheese crust which is my absolute favorite. It is because of, not only, my prior orders that are typically correct; however, the way this was handled that I am giving them 5 stars. In work, we sometimes do make mistakes but it all comes down to how we make things right. My driver called right away to notify them and they had my pizza back out to me all under 25 minutes! That’s an incredible turnaround time and I am grateful. Great people and great service!"
"This was my first time ordering from this Papa Johns location and I was not impressed. The pizza was okay, the delivery driver was very friendly BUT the BBQ chicken poppers were blah, yuck! The barbecue sauce was drizzled on the top of only 4 poppers - the ones underneath no sauce. Why not coat the poppers in sauce like advertised on the Papa Johns website. Very misleading!"
