"I came here for a tour as a walk in and the first thing that was said to us at the window was “what do you want?” The same lady went on to assume that my baby was who we were attempting to enroll, implying there was no point in us being there. This was not the case, and once we explained we were looking for my fiance’s older daughter we were walked back to a back room (with no greeting) full of extremely sick kids. It was an incredibly uncomfortable environment and we left right away. I’m honestly irritated that I had my son in the building at all."

"I did a tour here, and the second I walked in the door, I knew my child was not going to this place. The entry of the building, let’s call it the lobby, was dirty, I mean a mess. I should not walk into a daycare and see trash under a table. The building smelled nasty and unclean. Classroom carpet and floors were dirty. No way in hell. Dark gloomy halls. No thanks, I will pass."

"Very Unprofessional...Very bad service My kid was 2+ but she was kept in the babies room even after confirming a 2 years rooms spot just a week ago over the phone. Inspite of that since i did not have any backup care for her, i left her in the babies room and gave them the clear instructions on her daily schedule and i specifically asked them put the sunscreen on her burn scars every time they take her out in direct sunlight since she had suffered burn injury recently, They have not followed any instruction. i was watching on watch me grow 1. They did not apply sunscreen as requested 2. They did not offer her the milk that i drop off for her. 3. They did not even change her diaper once from 9am to 6pm 4. She is scared of heights and while she was playing she climbed play set and was looking for class teacher help to slide down. she kept looking at class teacher for 15 mins but she did not even notice, Finally i had to call Tara and ask her to go help her. Thanks to watch me grow , i could see how unprofessional they were. the class teachers seems to be very young and inexperienced. They definitely did not welcome her made her feel comfortable."

"I am suprised that there are no reviews of this daycare but maybe many of the parents are trying to keep this place to themselves. I cannot say enough great things about this daycare facility. After having my son, I was very nervous about putting my child in daycare, but after a matter of weeks, my worries were put to ease. The staff is knowledgable and kind. The children that attend appear very happy. I can honestly say this is the best daycare I've ever seen."
