Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Food was great as always, however my husband's hard taco shells were slightly stale and there was no grilled vegetables available which really stinks because I can't eat dairy and those veggies are what I look forward too. The young lady informed me that "they always sell out early of the grilled veggies early". I don't understand why meat can be made until closing but veggies can't..?"

"I am SO done with chipotle. This is the first time I’ve been to this location but it’s as worthless as the one of the ones in Gainesville. I don’t even think I need to describe the pictures. They speak for themselves. The managers need to take all these horrible reviews to heart before they end up ruining the entire concept."

"THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE WORKING HERE IF THEY CANNOT GET HELP!!!! Great food but this place needs some help. 30 people in line at lunchtime. Short handed on employees. One guy making all the meals and also cashiering by himself! CRAZY! We saw about 20 people that were fed up and walked out!! Don’t believe me look at your cameras. Food was drying out. Counters were a mess! One of the employees fixed herself lunch and went out to her silver Saturn while the place is covered up with people. No employee should be able to walk out and leave other employees in this situation. ALSO, they said they were OUT OF CHIPS! How does Chipotle NOT HAVE CHIPS!! I could say so much more! Very sad! I have updated my review. I have been back 2 more times and things have made a great turn around. I am glad! Chipotle is a great place to eat. Sad to see when service and food quality goes down. Great job of getting this place back on track."

"I really wanted to like this Chipotle but food was extremely salty, they had no vegetables or guacamole. I also had to wait at least 10 minutes to pay because their employees have zero sense for optimization. I do have to say that the building is brand new so the place looks nice and I like the open kitchen. Food wise I can’t recommend it though!"

"(Ordered through the website and the food was ready by the stated time. The young lady at the window was polite and professional and even said "thank you have a nice day" the food was good and exactly as ordered. I hope this doesn't change because so few places have consistency with correct orders and polite employees.) this was a good review and since then the last 3 orders have been subpar. WELL, this review was wasted because they have already slipped down the bad food, lack of portion and long wait times rabbit hole."
