"We stopped here to go to the bathroom because it usually clean and the employees are very nice, but this time and last week, it's been the total opposite. Last week there was no toilet paper and no paper towels in the bathroom and even though there was only 1 other customer in the store, it tool 9 minutes before they took our order & 1o minutes before they gave it to us. Today, the bathroom floor stall area was soakeing wet with slippery soap residue that had me & my Mom sliding, even in rubber bottom sneakers. When I went to the counter to tell someone (I was the ONLY person in line), they said, "Someone will be with you in a moment"... 3 minutes later she says it again So I just said, as politely but as loud as I could, "Oh, I don't want to order anything, I just wanted to tell you that the floor in the women's bathroom stall is covered with water and is slippery as hell.", she gruffed at me and said, "Na, that ain't so, I just cleaned it." To which I replied, "Well it's covered in water and is slippery as hell, so something happened. I'm just telling you because it's a slip/trip hazard". She gave me a nasty look and I walked out. This store used to be a favorite of mine but I refuse to come back if you don't replace the lazy, inattentive, lack of concern employees that are there now. (Feb. 12, 2024 @ 11:12 am)."

"Best breakfast of any fast food restaurant in all of Marion county. Real fried egg on your sandwich. The croissants although they're Wendy's signature squared, they are delicious and fluffy. The fried potato wedge type potatoes pair far better with your breakfast than hash brown bites from other establishments. Plenty of drink choices for those of us that have cut carbonated drinks from our diets as well. Not all of these stores are so clean but the food is always satisfying. I try to grab breakfast from this location on my way to work every morning. Most staff interactions are welcoming and cheerful for mornings."

"Went through the drive thru- employees were to busy with personal conversation and foul mouths. Got food. It was disgusting! Burgers were dried out with a hard bun and no condiments, and cold.chicken was dry with hard bun and no condiment and cold .Called store. Manager wad rude and ignorant. Go figure! Brought food back. Manager threw the bag across the kitchen and started using foul language. Wednesday 10/25 9pm can't put in reviews the language they used !@!@ calling corporate!"

"This location always has issues with the lobby being closed or the drive through shut down. I've experienced this 3 times in 2 months. One time I went to the drive through and no one was taking orders. I drove up to the second window, and there was about 5 employees just standing and walking around."

"Stopped into the dinning room at 8:01, waited 7 minutes before my order was taken with only one person in front of me. Placed my order at 8:08 and did not receive my order till 8:22!! This is entirely too long to be waiting for food at a fast food restaurant. Went to get sweet tea and non in the two jugs. Asked the person behind the counter and was told they only make it in the day. I don't drink much soda but more tea and water. Poor for them to not offer tea at this time of the evening. The one extra star was because the place was overall clean. I would not recommend this location."
