"So my son and I was trying to get Burger King since he was in the mood for it. Walked in was never greeted the manager was too busy having a personal conversation with a friend. We stood at the counter wait for help while the manager just keep talking and didn’t help us. So we waited about 5 minutes then decided to take our business elsewhere. Will never go back here."

"Went threw the drive threw today and ordered the new bacon melt and mushroom Swiss melt. Both were Absolutely Terrible. WAY to much cheese on both and the meat was Super greasy compared to the normal whoppers or whopper jrs. Unfortunately the cashier didn't give us the actual ticket and only gave us a bagging ticket. The girl over the dirvethrew was not nice and didn't seem like she cared to be there or do her job. They need to send Shevie to this store if she's still a Manger to straighten this store out. No salt on the fries that tastes double dipped in the grease just to make them warm again. This store is slowly going down hill."

"We usually don't go to Burger King but we were in line at another fast food place just down the road and the line was a huge mess, the cashier was completely overwhelmed and nothing was moving. We switched to this Burger King and we got waited on quickly, with A SMILE, and a friendly staff. They handled the l7nch rush efficiently with poise. Made all the difference in the world! Would definitely recommend as a stop if you're in the area"

"Burger King is a large chain burger restaraunt as everyone knows. As everyone knows it is difficult for many companies to find and retain workers. I will take this into consideration. While waiting in line I watched as the the cashier gave cups to three gentlemen to find out they wanted a different size cup. One of the men was holding the cups with his fingers inside the incorrect size and those cups were returned to the stack to be given to someone else. The drink station and the seating area was not clean either. I ordered a fish sandwich and small fries. My husband ordered two double whoppers and fries. Our food was neither hot nor up to the BK standards that we remember. I did speak to the manager about the cups and untidy lobby. She offered no answer for the cups, but to her credit she sent someone out right away to clean the lobby. I admit that I'm a tough customer but you only get one chance to make a good impression. The ladies room was untidy as well and I did not speak to the manager about that."
