McDonald's

"One of the better McDonald's I have been to. To show up around 10:30 pm and order a Shamrock shake. I go to the window and an employee comes and says they are out. Disappointed I say I will take a strawberry shake. I go to the next window and the women that took my money says they are working on getting the items they need to get me a Shamrock shake. When she hands it to me I am thinking I haven't had this type of service at any McDonald's in over 20 years. This place would make me want to come back again to McDonald's more often"

"Something wasn't right today. We were immediately sent to curbside parking after ordering. All we ordered was a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder. We had about a ten minute wait. Our order was incomplete. The bag had marker scribbling on it with the number five. That was our curbside spot. A three, written on the bag, was scratched out. There was no receipt attached to the bag. I went back into the store and got our correct order. The time was approx. 1 pm. My guess is their printer was down."

"The restaurant area and restroom were clean. Also, the staff was very kind. I love that two young ladies went the extra mile to retrieve an item for a customer that accidentally discarded. That was above and beyond service expectations. However, when it came to the food, the burgers fell apart and were far from a good edible experience. I don't believe in sending food back into the kitchen, but I almost did as it was quite horrible as to how the meat fell apart and the fries were beyond subpar. I haven't had this poor of an experience from McDonald's in years."

"I love this McDonald's! The staff are respectful and polite and get their jobs done. The food is always made to order and is always hot when you get it. They own their mistakes and make them right. Keep up the Great Work!!!"

"I don't even know where to start. We walked in but before we walked in we saw the billboard out there that said BOGO big mac, quarter pounder. So we went to the counter to order and make sure about BOGO. This person was leaning by the cash register and she said she knew nothing about it. We ask to speak to a manager since she kept saying she knew nothing about it through her frowns and misery. She announced that she is the manager and showed her name tag. She was not going to go look and take any steps in finding it out. I told my husband to forget it and just order. She puts out my cup and I walk over to get my drink, NO ICE, so I walk back over to our lovely manager (that needs to go back to manager school) and inform her no ice. Yes, she says the ice is behind her, hmmm. Why didn't she tell me that before? Anyway, I go get ketchup on the pump, no ketchup. This McDonald's needs to close down or hire all new staff. Sorry...I wouldn't send anyone there to eat. We leave and we go look at the sign and it doesn't start until tomorrow! Ok, we accept that, but Miss manager should have told us that, and instead, she was concentrating on the frown on her face. Very very rude management. I know we all have bad days but as a manager, you need to step aside or do your job."
