"This past Friday, I decided to try my friend’s recommendation of Marco’s. although the food/service was amazing, all I could think after leaving, was that the phenomenal, patient staff deserves better.. I was able to overhear the general manager displaying aggressive, rude, and rather unprofessional behavior towards his own staff. Although the staff left me with a 5 star impression, along with the sausage pizzoli exceeding my friend’s recommendations, the attitude of the main leadership of this restaurant, left a terrible taste in my mouth."

"Experience at this place was horrible. We called the store because we were never given our wings and the “manager” who shouldn’t be manager got on the phone and yelled at us stating that we were lying and that he had video footage of someone handing out the wings to us which would’ve been 4 boxes. We said we only got 3 boxes and the box on top were the bread sticks and no wings were given. He then got even more mad and said that he was gonna block the number from calling the store and hung up in our faces in the middle of talking. We tried to call back to resolve the issue and he wouldn’t answer the phone since he knew we were calling which left us no choice but to go up to the store. The lady at the register had an attitude about us being there as well. The “manager” then came up and offered the wings but we had said we didn’t want them and we just wanted to see the “evidence” that he had on footage since he was claiming we were liars. As soon as I took my phone out and recorded him to show how rude he is he switched up his behavior and tried to act more civil and said we were the ones being rude when that is not true. As soon as he answered the phone he was very rude. He refused to help us and said “he wasn’t dealing with this” and walked away and left us there unattended. He tried to tell us to leave the store because he didn’t want to help us. He refused to show the footage. All we wanted to see was the footage since he was calling us liars. This is certainly not manager behavior. He probably thought I was some regular customer who didn’t know any better but little did he know I am a manager as well for a restaurant and these situations should never be handled in the way he handled them. Corporate will be called and I expect something to be done about this. My mom has ordered from this place for years and has never had a problem until now. Must be a newer manager but it seems like most of the workers their support this horrible behavior being that the register lady also had an attitude. If you order from this store be sure to make sure you have everything because they will not help you and say that you’re a liar and refuse to attend you. Atleast while that manager is there. I’m pretty sure I can count that I only had 3 boxes instead of 4. Apparently this “managers” name is Ryan. He was working September 29th at night time. White male with glasses, bald, and a beard, blue shirt and black pants. Must be unhappy with his life due to his horrible nasty attitude. Don’t work somewhere you don’t want to work and where you can’t have a simple conversation and act like a civil human being. Act as a manager should."

"I was hesitant on what to eat, and one of the people that work at the restaurant met me at the front door. I was in a wheelchair and it makes it hard to get into places. Aiesha opened the door for me. She politely said welcome to Marcos. Walked behind the counter and took my order. She listened to what I wanted, and was conscious of my needs. I ordered a small wing meal with a Pepsi. This young lady took the order, clean the table, brought my wings to the table for me, and even directed me politely to the bathroom where I asked if it was accessible, she even asked if she could open that door for me. She’s a good worker and I hope Marcos appreciates her. It’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the place The food was good, cooked well . The atmosphere is clean and quiet. I’m definitely gonna come back. For $10 I got quite a bit."

"Such a great place. The employees made me feel very welcome. Jack has very excellent customer service skills. He needs a raise for sure. It was my first time in a Marcos. I'll definitely be back cuz the pizza was so good. And that term doesn't even really describe how good. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service Jack. I'll be back"
