Elevation89 is a unique food institution located at 1770 Southwest 60th Avenue in Ocala, Florida, United States. This restaurant was founded with the mission of sharing a love of food with a new clientele in the west of Ocala, including residents of Marion County, cross-country visitors, and day travelers from all over Florida. The restaurant aims to be a destination where friends and family can gather for delicious food, drinks, and conversation in a one-of-a-kind setting with stunning views of planes taking off and landing, as well as beautiful sunsets.
Construction of Elevation89 began in March 2021 and was completed in time for the Grand Opening on October 21, 2021. Since then, the restaurant has received overwhelming support from the community and has become a popular dining spot in the area. The executive chef, Jeremy, has been with Elevation89 since its opening and has created a menu that truly reflects his culinary expertise.

"The atmosphere was nice, The jet fumes were not. The food was pretty good, my 8 ounce in flight burger was missing a few ounces but was well made and tasted good. The Cole slaw side was also good. My partner's chicken tenders were very good."
"This place is definitely a hidden gem. The restaurant is not too big, but it's very beautiful. The atmosphere definitely gives solo date, first date, or simply just hanging out. The atmosphere is a vibe. The service is outstanding. The Food OMG Phenomenal. The menu had a huge selection. The Food is simply Amazing. Try this place out you will not be disappointed and it's not over expensive."
"Beautiful and elegant atmosphere with amazing views. My wife and I received recommendations to eat here. So we celebrated my step-father's birthday, who had served in the war and worked on jet engines. We were blown away with the options to choose from and the prices were more than fair. I ordered their Bison Burger which took up most of the plate with fries on side. Best burger I have eaten in Florida. I was so full afterwards, that there was no room for dessert but everything looked amazing. Stephanie was our Waitress, and she did a fabulous job keeping our drinks filled and making sure everything was cooked properly. We will definitely be back here to eat again. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!"
"We celebrated a birthday tonight and Josh was our server. He was funny, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We tried a few of his recommendations and found everything to be as promised and delicious. We will definately return in the future and ask for him to be our server. The view from our table of the sunset was extraordinary."
"We have been wanting to try this place for a while. Not your typical airport restaurant. It is very cozy with mostly high top tables. The food was treat. From the club sandwich to the Korean BBQ pork chops. RO was our server. She was very attentitive and helpful when came time to decide what to eat. I will definitely eat here again."
