"Mostly I have had good experiences with this Taco Bell but, one morning I ordered breakfast through the app and which is supposed to go on until 11:00 am. I got there around 10:45-10:50 and got stuck in line. When I finally made it up to the speaker they told me they had thrown out all the breakfast and they could not complete my order. I went inside and the lady I talked to was very rude. She told me I could dispute it through the app or get a replacement and I said I’d like a replacement since there is no option to dispute through the app and she walked away come back with a number (that didn’t even work) and walked away. I still have not gotten my money back and my question is if they knew that they had a breakfast order why not just make it before throwing everything out?"
"No one greeted us up front, they were at least 5 or six people in back laughing and even looked at us. After 10 minutes of ordering on the kiosk I had to go interrupt the “gang” of employees to ask where our order was. Then I was told “Oh” . !!! Really!! And then the food was terrible. Ran burritos were lite. This was horrible."
"Only kiosk ordering available while the rude loud kids prepping the food are screaming and playing around. Not a soul at the counter for 20 minutes, and they just avoid making eye contact. Never again!"
"Loved power bowls..no more. Will NOT go back here. They "forgot" the beans, sour cream. Had to go back twice. By that time food grew cold. In the end, after all missing items collected, it was bland, dry, tasteless. I'm done with Taco Bell."
"I usually don't stop to restaurants without cars in drive thru or in parking lot! Against my judgment I decided to get nacho fries ,Mexican pizza, and a chalupa. I told them to put more cheddar than sauce on fries. When I got to window food was sitting there and ask her was food fresh. She says yes, everything just came up. I get home and noticed there's nothing but cheese on fries. All of the food was cold even cheese wasn't melted. I tried calling store several times but no answer even this morning also. This is why I stop dealing with fast food bc you bever get what you pay for or how it's supposed to look!"
