"So I order at kiosk and it takes 15 mins to get my food and the Big Mac and double cheeseburger are cold. Service speed is a joke, quality of food is a joke but the high price is serious. I will not be eating at any Mcdonald's at all the taste, service and quality is that bad."

"I've been to a lot of McDonald's in my life and this place is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. The person at the speaker could barely be heard because she was mumbling and she did not sound friendly at all. The girl at the payment window was literally texting on her phone while I was waiting to pay. Once she put her phone down she opened the window and did not speak to me. She didn't repeat my total or anything, just took the card, gave it back and then was on her phone again. Once I got my order I had about 3/4 of a large fry instead of a full one and they were cold. Like, almost the kind of cold you'd expect if they fell out of your bag and were on the floor of your car overnight kind of cold. The only decent thing is they gave me a substantial about of honey for my nuggets. Never stopping here again."
"While the restaurant may be improved the quality of the food is still the same. Once a week I get one double cheeseburger and two McChicken and unfortunately more than 50% of the time the McChickens look like this. The lettuce is brown and mushy and soggy absolutely disgusting!"
"Best McDonald’s I’ve had in FL. I love it here; it’s so clean and convenient. The food tastes better than anywhere else. I can tell the oil they used for frying was excellent, and everything was fried just right."
