"My son goes to this school and is in 1st grade. I go in because I need to see his teacher. The lady at the front desk Ms. Crittendon was very rude. She was not pleasant at all and this is the 3rd time I have experienced her rudeness. I am a very nice person that is always optimistic and all I wanted was help contacting Ms. Klien and she gave me attitude as if I was asking for the world. So someone else helped me instead and actually got through to my son's teacher. The last time I had a bad encounter with this woman was when my car broke down at the school and all I needed was to google my husband's work phone number and then call him so we wouldn't be stranded and her reply was " I'm busy right now." I kid you not word for word. My reply was " So I'm pretty much stuck here and you do not want to help me." She then gave me this look of disbelief while all the parents behind me heard all of this and when I turned around they all offered their phone to me. I was shocked that the person at the front desk who's job was supposed to help people mind you the parents of kids that actually attend the school. I'm very disappointed with the school on hiring someone who is not courteous and not helpful. She should not be there at all and all the parents that witnessed this agree with me. I'm happy to finally say something because somebody has to. The school is wonderful but I give it 2 stars for their lack of polite front desk staff MS. CRITTENDON!"
