"This daycare was amazing at first then they started singl my child out about diaper changing and potty training. Stated that they wanted me to get her diaper instead of pull ups so they didn't have to embarrass her in front of everyone yet they had her walking around without pants or underwear on while going to and from the bathroom. They way they would check her diaper was very intrusive and agressive. They don't listen when you tell them that you don't want them to do something to your child. There have been many times that the door has been unlocked whith children running around the front room with no adult present at all."

"No bueno. Lack of details when there is an INCIDENT, VERY UNSAFE. Have to repeat the same thing over and over when caring for my child, which is VERY ConCerning. They use their handbook when its convenient and when it comes to making Money, poor communication when a child is sick in the classroom. Director and Management are Very Rude, lack of attention to details, Unprofessional. They show favoritism with Children, Not Good."

"We absolutely love this daycare. We moved our little man to this facility when the other daycare where he was at was closed more than my middle schooler was out of school! Anyways - so happy I found this place! My son comes home always talking about all the cool things he has learned and how much he loves it there. They truly do care. I'll be so sad when he no longer attends this daycare after VPK since he will be in elementary school."

"I absolutely love this daycare. I was extremely nervous sending my one year old to daycare for the first time, but I could not have asked for a better experience. My daughter has felt comfortable with them since day one. She is so excited to go everyday and acts like she never wants to leave! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell that they truly care about every child there. I am so happy that I can go to work every day knowing my daughter is with a group of people I trust and that she loves. "The staff here are AMAZING! My son is in the infant room, and the teachers treat him as if he was their own! I’ve been really struggling with going back to work and school; they do everything in their power to help keep my mind at ease. If you need quality childcare, then Little Hands Big Hearts should be your first stop! It doesn’t feel like my son is just another baby or tuition check to them, they genuinely care!
