Domino's Pizza

"Had to give order twice in full and our address 4 separate times. Couldn't get anything straight. After 20 mins on phone, said they couldn't deliver here even though we've seen them deliver to our neighbors."

"The customer service is horrible unprofessional in my opinion. I ate a slice with my kids we instantly could tell it was like it was soaked in grease !! and it looks like it was cut by a 3yr old ! I purchased over $100 in pizza and drinks ect that night. I spoke to the Mgr and gave them the opportunity to make this right. I called today and was told something totally different im just done. I wont be back ! when i say im done im done ill drive to Chiefland from here on out"

"It took over an hour to get our pizza and when we finally got it our pizza was cold. When this store first opened they were great but the last few times we have ordered it took forever to get our food. Delivery drivers where nice as could be"

"I would give a zero but that's not an option. We have never had issues with this store, but tonight our experience was terrible. We ordered at 9:43, usually since we live literally 2 mins away it comes within the half hour. I understand being short staffed and busy but tonight was ridiculous. We called the store an hour after we ordered because it still said it was being prepped. The person said it hadn't been cooked yet because the driver wasn't back yet, like they expected he should have been. We waited another hour and our food was finally delivered. It was crispy and chewy as if it had sat under a heat lamp since it had been prepared when we ordered over two hours prior. (We have both worked this job before and know how things go) We told the driver we had even planned to give him an extra cash tip but unfortunately now we weren't. He claimed he was the only driver and we should contact the store if there was an issue so we did just that. The same person answered and we explained the issue. We give him credit,he gave every generic answer you are supposed to to protect the company,but we know what really happened. In the morning (because our food was delivered at almost midnight when we ordered at 9:43 pm) we will be contacting corporate for a refund and some answers. We have never had issues like this with this store before and we understand how things happen because we have worked in this job before,but there is no excuse for this situation.Daniel was the drivers name."
