"Just got lunch. Chicken strip basket meal. Fries are still frozen on the inside. My toast has zero butter and was barely toasted. The Coke taste like syrup with zero carbonation. I have been disappointed every time I go to this location but my daughter begged me. The ice cream is always great! But the food, this place needs to get it together."

"Love that we have a DQ by us now in chiefland. They way the staff handled my food mistake (ordered a triple and was given a double) they were very courteous and professional. I was even given a free dilly bar for the extra wait on my food. I will continue coming to and supporting this DQ"

"I’m not thrilled with it being put where it is. Putting a Dairy Queen in a gas station that isn’t very clean was not the brightest idea but hell, I guess we have a Dairy Queen! The best thing I can say is: I love ice cream so it’s worth it."

"Second time trying this new location and both times disappointed. The fries were cold both times and the gravy for the tenders so thick it can barely be choked down. Also ordered extra gravy this time and didn't receive it, j/s...I WAS charged for it."

"We've visited twice and each time there was issues. First time, the employee didn't know how to use the register so my order was rung in incorrectly. After some conversation with several other employees, I received the right food but was overcharged. No offer was made to correct the pricing error. Second visit, my snickers blizzard was overwhelmed with Graham crackers. I couldn't even finish it, and it was only a small. On a positive note, they did get the order of a small vanilla cone correct! Haha. We won't be back."
