"The restaurant was so understaffed I couldn't believe it. We had to flag down waiters and waitresses multiple times. The staff that was there was very inexperienced. The food out of the kitchen was three stars maybe four. Management has some serious obstacles to overcome. What few staff are there were poorly trained and not ready for a holiday weekend. We heard lots of excuses from the hostess. We also noted we weren't the only ones bringing issues to the attention of the staff."
