"Since my daughter has been atte ding for the past two years, the director Keeya has improved the center and helped my daughter with her shyness. We seen many improvements to the center. For example: the used to be gravel and it was hard to park and now they improved the pavement. The building was a dirty yellow and now it's navy blue. They install cameras, technology was added, a app to communicate with parents, and they now offer a kindergarten class."

"Since you are so quick to send a response to a review. This was going to be a pleasant review with points to build on. But since you will throw everyone's business out in the open, let me post this... The director will lie her way to the truth and when she is backed into a corner, she will send her assistant to do the dirty work. Cops have been called on this place because of this woman! She even told a child that his dad was in jail, as his mother was trying to protect him from it. No matter what the circumstances is, the director of this establishment should not tell a child something that has nothing to do with her personal life. She told this to my co worker's son. The Class Dojo app the director has touted about bringing to the academy is filled with pictures of your kids and 2 or three messages about paying a day. Nothing about what is going on in the center or any new ideas. A year ago, my son was at their summer camp while school was out and they did field trips and other things. This year, the only thing they did was "water days" on every Friday. Anywhere else your child would get more for the money you pay to this place, like the YMCA or Boys and Girls Club here in temple terrace. You would think with the "tuition" you pay, your child would do more than just stay at the center. The only good thing about this place is the convenient positioning of the place. Do not waste your money on this place! Also, the Florida Department of Education is very interested in your establishment right now! Since this place has edited their original post, let me clarify. The one star is not over tuition policy. This was about the decline that has been seen in the past four years. This year after my child was with them for their "summer camp" was the last straw. They did nothing with the children over the summer, did not do field trips, have a bounce house bus come by, a petting zoo hosted there, like they did last year. I have watched this place go downhill and have noticed the drastic decline of occupancy there. When I picked up my child around 5 pm, the parking lot was full of people picking up their kids. Now, there is no wait to pick up. The fact that this place has to ask for people to submit reviews is a complete larf. No reputable company would do that. Also, what company uses emojis in a response?Plus the fact they publicly put your business on a public forum to make you the bad guy if you don't post something positive, shows you who they really are. Nothing about my rating was about money, but they decided to say that it was without asking why for the poor review like any other company would. The five star reviews you see are from past or current worker's because they were asked to bump up the rating and also some parents that had their children there but no longer do. You make the decision, but sooner or later you will see that you made a horrible decision bringing your children there. So, to the response of this rating with your broken heart emoji. I'll be the better person and just tell you that I regret putting my child in the care of someone that would act immature about a simple review about how this place has gone downhill. Update: My son was enrolled in the aftercare program at the school he goes to and has told me that he loves the program better than this place. A sad example of what a six year old remembers of this place and what he has now experienced something new that interacts with him while I am at work and seeing him happy at a place he wants to be at."

"My son has been attending this daycare for 3 years. The school has changed management a few times. This is my far the worst. The new “Director” is a liar and tells families many inconsistent statements all while putting an a smoke and mirror show that she’s trying to “make things better”. She’s ran off just about every good teacher my son has had since he started attending there, the most recent was her assistant who had known my son since he began there. She’s only worried about money, not families or the students!!! Save yourself the trouble, find another daycare!!!! Update: we stupidly stayed another year because our l son loved it. But this week was enough. He’s been withdrawn. Their oh so professional director messed up their accounting, and IN THEIR error, threatened to leave our son at school if we didn’t pay….we were paid up and owed nothing at the time. Reporting this place to the state!!"

The teachers care about the children and teach utilizing stem, they provide quality care, quality meals, quality education for your little ones. This is an Apple accredited academy and I would recommend it to everyone. We are doing Big things at Milestone Academy."

"Milestone Academy is a great place to bring your children too. I’ve been a teacher there for 4 years. My very own grand children attend the daycare. I fill our teacher are very educated with the skills to teach your children. Milestone preschool is a great preschool to bring your children too."
