"Don't bother ordering online for pickup at this location. Apparently they're not set up to take online orders despite the app saying they do. I contacted bk support for a refund and it took over 3 days to get a response because the app support is completely automated. The guy at the drive thru told me to contact my bank for a chargeback and in hindsight it probably would've been quicker if i did that instead of contacting support. Do yourself a favor and eat out at any of the local restaurants for around the same price"

"Every time we have went, our food was nasty/sloppy and some guy would start screaming cuss words after our order was made through drive through. And this time, my husband ordered our food online and went to pick it up. When he tried to get our food that they gladly took the money for, the guy that was at the drive through said he wasnt going to give him food unless he paid for it. My husband showed him it was already paid for when he made the order online. This guy, started yelling at my husband and told him he was going to have to take it up with someone else and told my husband to go on, that he had had enough of him. We were basically robbed! This place needs to put up cameras and watch how nasty and hateful some of their employees are and fire them, before that place gets shut down."

"The food they are serving is left over from the previous day. This is illegal and unsafe. Corporate you better reign this in or get your pants sued off. The health department will be closing this establishment down."

"Lobby closed at 7 p.m., order was wrong and the food quality was poor. Do yourself a favor and go to anywhere else to get something to eat than this burger King. It's literally the worst."
