"Amazing daycare, will always be my number one recommendation when it comes to childcare services. I didn’t put my daughter into a daycare environment until I knew she could vocalize to me if something ever happened. Shes attended Family Ties for the past 3 years and the staff have been nothing short of a blessing to my family. The family that owns and runs the facility are all amazing teachers. They encourage and love the children as their own, and have had my daughter’s back from day one. I’m so eternally grateful for the entire family and I know she is too. Both of our hearts are heavy moving up to kindergarten soon, but there’s no doubt we’ll be stopping by for visits regularly!! "My child attended this daycare for 3 days, my child cries when I drop her off. Instead of conflict resolution , the staff was yelling at her and trying to restrain her. My daughter turned 4 yesterday; she kicked one of the teachers off of her because they were holding her down and yelling at her. 5 minutes after I dropped her off I had to pick her up; when I dropped her off in her regular classroom her teacher had no issues with her, she would calm down after I left. Her normal teacher wasn’t there this time and the owner did not know how to treat a child. They wouldn’t refund any of the money for next week I prepaid for , they’re not fair to the children, they all yell at the kids. Beware!!"
