"Incredibly bad service. Both of our pizza orders were prepared incorrectly (missing toppings/wrong toppings). When pointed out, our waitress didn’t acknowledge and walked away. No apologies. We realized why the place was virtually empty."

"My husband and I ATTEMPTED to dine in at 6:10 p.m on February 12, 2024. We stood at the hostess booth and waited 5 minutes. No help. Asked if we seat ourselves, "uh, yea,okay." We sat 10 more minutes in a very nearly empty restaurant. I finally went to the counter and asked if I ordered there or if I could have a waitress. "Uh, a waitress? Are you eating in or ordering to go?" I said I'm dining in. She begrudgingly went to locate a waitress. I pointed out where we were sitting and the waitress went straight to a table of 4 that just entered and took their order, ignoring US. Needless to say, we left. I've gone here since it opened. Service has been sketchy, but this was an embarrassment to Pizza Hut."

"If I could leave a 0 star I would! Absolutely the worst experience at a pizza hut we've ever had! They forgot to give us the extra sauce we paid for. The 8 piece boneless wings were 5 tiny boneless wings and like 3 little crispy breading balls.. when I called to have the order fixed the guy who served us said we were lying about $3 in sauce and refused to replace the wings or the sauce. He then started yelling and said he refuses to deliver only 4 sauce cups (no one asked for delivery, we planned to go and pick the replacements up) he didn't wanna here that or anything for that matter. He swore we lied about the $3 sauce and that was all he needed to be a rude jerk. After my husband heard him yelling at me he took over the call and the man said he would credit us only but would not be replacing anything. Absolutely Useless human and making pizza hut looks so bad. For a $49 order for only 2 pizzas, wings and cheese bread. You would think they would hire more competent employees"

"We haven't been to a Pizza Hut in a good many years. We decided to stop for lunch when we realized that they offered the lunch buffet again. Everything was hot and ready at. 11 a.m. and so good! The restaurant was clean and well kept. The service staff was very friendly and welcoming. The buffet price was $10.99. I felt the price was very reasonable. Even the restrooms were clean. We will definitely be back. I am happy that we tried it again. The only suggestion I would make is that the store place some feather flags or some additional sinage out front to let folks know what's going on in there. The outside appearance of the building is very subdued and understated on its own. The small marquee sign is too small. Thanks for a pleasant lunch today."

"Manager's rude staff is rude 1st waitress came to take my order. And when I said the ask what the pizza was gonna cost If I Got. 2 specialty pizzas she said you can't get 2 specialty pizzas. I ask her how much if I buy one specialty and then buy a second specialty? She went back there to ask the question. Then she wouldn't wait on us and sent someone else out who had food on her mouth.. Poor service. Manager comes out and is not professional looking and also rude. I will not come back to this one again salad bars dirty. I can understand why there's nobody in here. 23rd street Panama City used to be one of the best places to come for pizza. I'm sorry it's the worst place now."
