"I love Popeyes in general. Ads had me craving wings, and I used the app for the first time, scoring a second set of 6 wings for $1. (Price for 6 wings, no biscuit or side, was $5.99.) I also ordered a side of Cajun fries. My bill totaled just over $11 including tax, but I had wings for lunch the next day. The only negatives were: the wings were quite small, though well seasoned and delicious. Also, they only give you one pack of dip before charging. Employees seem happy and helpful, and there is upbeat music in the restaurant."
"This place was great. They had an order for 78 wings at one time. They took it inscribe. Everyone waited calmy. They gave free drinks. Laughed with us. Food was great too. Will be back for sure"
"Drove up to the building before 9:30pm and noticed that they were sweeping and closing up already. Got to the speaker box to order, and they took our order, asked what we wanted for sides, etc. Told us how much and drove up to the window. Got the card out and the lady side you ordered the nuggets, and we said, amongst other things, yes. We'll we don't have nuggets. Ok. So awkwardly, we sat there for a minute, and she thought she was done with us. She looked at us, thinking, "Why haven't these people left yet?" Then we said we ordered other food. She's like what and we told her. She said, "We closed down the fryer and have nothing." We then asked about our sides, and she said you want them? We asked, "Are we getting any of the food we ordered?" She said, "No." She asked if we wanted the sides, and we said no. Then, I asked what they did have, and she said chicken. We said no were good. We really didn't want old chicken that's been there for who knows how long and just chicken and not nuggets and tenders and wings like we wanted to order."
"The food is great but the customer service was absolutely horrific. The staff today needed an updated class on how to be pleasant with their customers. Totally unacceptable! If you want to work in a public facility, please learn how to work with people. If you don't like your job, find another. Once again the food is wonderful."
