"Went here to get dinner for my family of 5. I tried ordering on app ahead of time on 2 different devices and kept getting error message. I then tried ordering on speaker, and nobody took order there. A lady finally came out delivering a order and told me it was gonna be awhile. We had done waited around 45 minutes. It is very run down on outside too. Most of the menu boards are busted. This is my second time going here to get food with no success. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL!!!"

"Okay. If you're hungry and have PLENTY of time (more than a thirty minute lunch break), go ahead and eat here. The food IS good and it is fresh. However. The service is absolutely abysmal. I'm sure the employees need paid more, but they could still do the basic. They will only do one order at a time which results in ridiculous long wait times. It's been like this for once. I've given them multiple chances to get their employees in order. Prepare to wait ten minutes at the speaker (more if you're behind other cars), and ten minutes at the window. Twenty minutes is the earliest you'll get. They can't (or won't) do partial payments (like half cash, half card). Employees are very dismissive and don't care. It's about time the manager or owner steps in and take care of (and train) these employees, considering all the reviews stating the same thing. When it's that many reviews, it's not the customers at fault. I don't recommend unless you're absolutely set on sonic."

"I got my food through DoorDash so I can’t comment on atmosphere but I would not be surprised if it’s a great atmosphere. French Toast Sticks are perfect! Not hard or soggy, just right! Love the taste especially with the thick and rich syrup! The Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger hit the spot. Right amount of sauces and pickles. For dessert it was a mini Hand-Mixed Master Shakes cheesecake. Absolutely amazing! Good size for me. This was one of the best fast food lunches in a long time! Keep up the good work!"

"This sonic was not the best one I have eaten at the burger was like rubber it was extremely dried out. And the tots taste like very old oil. But other then that the rest was decent. There was a very long line at the drive thru when we stopped for lunch..."
