"I have been a regular at Bitterroot for years now, and I can confidently say that it is one of my favorite restaurants. What sets it apart from other restaurants is their ever-changing menu that always manages to surprise and delight me. Today, I had the pleasure of trying their collard green soup and I must say, it may just be my favorite soup of all time. The flavors in the soup were perfectly balanced and the texture was just right. I could tell that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. It was clear that the chef takes great pride in his creations, and it definitely shows in the taste. The roasted beet salad is another must-try dish at Bitterroot. It is bursting with flavors and the combination of ingredients is simply divine. Aside from the amazing food, the service at Bitterroot is always top-notch. The staff, led by Adrian and Heidi, are always friendly and make you feel right at home. They are attentive to your needs and go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. It's refreshing to see a team that truly cares about their customers. Another highlight of Bitterroot is their drinks menu. The old fashion is a personal favorite of mine and I highly recommend giving it a try. The wine selection is also always on point and pairs perfectly with the dishes on the menu. Overall, Bitterroot is a gem of a restaurant. The combination of delicious food, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit for anyone looking for a great dining experience. I highly recommend giving it a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Kudos to the team at Bitterroot for consistently providing a fantastic dining experience."

"This place became my favorite in Destin! The food is to die for. Great selection of wines. Waiters are knowledgeable and will recommend something for your taste. Brad was amazing and took such great care of me and my friends!"

"We came Christmas Eve for the holiday drink menu primarily and planned to just order multiple small plate options. Well our waitress let us know they had a Waygu steak for 2. We paired it with the cauliflower mash and the brocollini and it was absolutely amazing! I mean here I am over 24 hours later still thinking about that meal LOL! The service was top tier. We never had to ask for more water, etc. All of the staff worked together and honestly this was our best Dining experience in Destin. Highly recommend!"

"I went to this place because some of the pics on Google showed some delicious looking meals. But unfortunately, they didn't have some of the stuff anymore. Well, I ordered their wagyu burger and let me tell you it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The flavors and seasoning were amazing. We were here in this area for work just for one day, and I'm glad we stopped here for lunch. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to trying their dinner menu."

"I made reservations for supper while on vacation based on reviews, photos and customer comments. We'll I say I made an excellent choice. I was able to request a booth seat for a more intimate atmosphere. We arrived early as to have a cocktail and chill as to not rush the moment. I pulled up pictures on reviews to ask what some of the drinks were. One was a cocktail they previously offered, which they gladly made for me. The menu is small, as they rotate drinks and dishes so it's always interesting. We had the Strawberry Lush and the Gentleman's Handshake, very good cocktails. They also have wine and beer on the menu. We had wine with supper and were pleased with the selections of wine. And desert had an espresso martini,,,yum. Ok, appetizers we had 5 Pepper Shrimp. It was delicious!!!!! (Forget any bang bang or firecracker shrimp you have ever had). Also we had the Mexican Street Corn Dip. Also delicious!! For our main courses my wife had Braised Chicken and Dumplings, and she really liked it! I had the Waygu Flank Steak with Blackened Garlic Butter and Whipped Blue Cheese, both served on the side, and Truffle fries, which were served in a large bowl and was enough to share, both were amazing. Our server and the staff were THE BEST! They definitely made our dining experience special! The way they take care of patrons really makes the dining experience special. It brings the ambience of the restaurant to full effect. There are plenty of "seafood" restaurants to chose from, but Bitterroot is definitely a Top Choice for a nice lunch or date night supper!
