"I never had such an experience like yesterday. The receptionist was really nice from the time I entered the office til the time I left. I got overheated during my second MRI and she kept checking on me and even gave me water to cool down. As I sat there until I felt better she kept checking on me. "Highly recommend Gainesville High Field MRI if you need any diagnostic imaging done. I needed an ultrasound and was happy to learn that this service is now offered with their office. The scheduling staff was super friendly and made me aware of cost/procedures on the phone when I scheduled. They had availability the very next day which surprised me. I was the first appointment of the day and found the office staff to be friendly and helpful. The office was clean and set up to be relaxing which I appreciated. I was pretty nervous but the lighting and peaceful music playing helped me relax while waiting and during the procedure. Michelle was professional and thorough with my ultrasound. I was told to expect a 3 day wait time on the report but it actually was completed and sent to my PCP within 24 hours. I paid out of pocket and found the pricing to be fair and even slightly cheaper than another imaging specialist group in town. Overall excellent experience and will come back if I need any diagnostic imaging in future."
