"Literally every time i get light ice in a drink yall give me extra. I always do online orders and it takes way longer than it should for just drinks to come out. The little girl Harley is so rude every time we go it’s the same experience. i used to work for this company and i know your job isn’t that hard so why can’t y’all ever do it correctly??"

"Ordered on the app, it said soft pretzel wasn’t available. We were in a truck with trailer so we pulled up to the drive thru and explained we can’t park in a stall. The girl wanted us to find a place park and go wait out on the patio in 30 degree weather. We asked if they had pretzels she said yea but we couldn’t order it until after we got our mobile order! We find a place and park and go to the patio order screens where they tell me again I can’t order a pretzel until after I get my order so I wait. I get my barely warm food then ask to place my order for a pretzel. Wait 10 minutes gave up, but my husbands like we payed I’ll go ask what’s wrong. Then the lady says she never saw us sitting outside their door in the freezing weather! Got a warm pretzel. Not coming here again."

"Got chili cheese dog, eat with a fork would be easier than picking it up to eat. Wife's burger was dripping with to much grease, water something. We ate so it must have been ok."
