"Aiden T is a ROCKSTAR. I went in an hour before close to be greeted by the nicest young man, I expressed it was my first visit with them and he guided me through the entire process and was very energetic and friendly. extremely knowledgeable and patient as well. This interaction alone would get me to come back and suggest it to friends, the food will have you RUNNING back!! Love Hot Heads !!! Way to go Aiden!!!"
"The staff is always friendly and efficient with my order. I only gave a 3 on atmosphere because the ceiling is missing some tiles and other tiles look old and dirty, need to be replaced."
"Everytime I go here I never have any issues. The employees work really quick, the store is always kept in good order and the lines are never super long! You’ll be in and out within five minutes. They have a ton of ingredients that can be used. I normally get a chicken burrito and pile on my favorite toppings! You can request to have your burrito toasted which enhance the ingredient flavors! Parking isn’t hard to find and if you find yourself without a spot there are plenty more right across the street! Definitely recommend coming here and will be back in the future!"
"Came here on a mini getaway with the family headed to Fort Walton beach. I was hesitant at first because originally I thought that I might be a “bootleg” Chipotle. Thankfully, we decided to make our way inside. The server who made my bowl name was JOSH, and he was amazing!! He suggested things to me that I’d never had, and when I tell you that was the best bowl I have ever had... trust me, it was delicious. Made me forget all about Chipotle and that’s one of my favorite restaurants. We will definitely return before we head home."
