"I got a three piece chicken, it was leg and thighs. It was so old that it was in edible. I wouldn’t suggest that you take anything but fresh make sure it’s cooked fresh there. They cooked some fresh okra and bombers and they were very good. I’m very disappointed and if we go by this place again I will not stop"
"Decided to eat here yesterday and let's just say I should have chose someplace else.. 35 dollars on a 12 piece leg and thigh 2 side and 6 biscuit and the chicken tasted literally like nothing... had great crunch but no taste what so ever.. must of has a new guy on or just redipped them. SMH wasted money I say."
"We order 2 chicken boxes. The food was not that hot. It was soggy and greasy from sitting too long. It is always a hit and miss at this location. Sometimes we get hot delicious food and other days we get luke warm soggy food. Employees just don't seem to care about the quality of food they are sending out."
"I haven't ate here in years but we toke a chance an it wasn't a good one....I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich...I got a bun with two regular chicken straps on it an a few pickles...that is not at all what I wanted...my husband wanted spicy chicken strips, they look burnt because there is soooooo much seasoning on them he tried wiping it off but just gave up on watting it at all.... I also got a 3pc leg order an I don't think the chicken is even cooked all the way....I spend $40 tonight basically for some biscuits and mashed potatoes..cause even the Cole slaw looks sus.....so mad."
"I ordered a 6 piece chicken original mixed (4 biscuits included) with Cole Slaw and French fries as the 2 sides via Door Dash. Delivery was pretty fast and delivery person was nice. The order was missing the fries! Called the phone number listed for Church’s Chicken, Milton, FL and the mailbox was full. So I had no way to let them know about the missing fries. This has happened before but it was over two years ago. So I gave them another chance and they failed miserably! Food was okay but really disappointed in the order missing the fries. And especially that I could not contact them!"
