"A few days ago my family and I cam into here to get some food and rest from the cold air. When we came in the girl that typically works there rolled her eyes at us and yelled at us to only step in certain areas of the store. She was mopping before we came in but this hasn’t been the first of her being very rude. Back in November last year I brought family friends for some food to get before they went on their flight. We got in and they are in a rush. We go in the line and the girl is irritated that I don’t know what I want to order off the bat and gives me the wrong bread. I felt bad the most for this guy coworker that was working with her. He seemed still new and she would blame him for anything. At the end I tried to tip the guy but the girl was just rude again?? Please don’t waste your time here people. If you want a good subway go to the one in Gulf Breeze. The store manager there is always so friendly and very considerate towards their customers. In the future I hope the manager fires this woman. The rude lady is a young black woman with glasses on. If you stumble upon her… just leave quickly."

"This subway was absolutely outstanding. I went in at 8am and requested 12 foot long sandwiches for a birthday celebration. The service could not have been better (despite such a large walk-in order so early in the morning). The sandwiches were perfectly made and tasted wonderful. A big thanks to the lady behind the counter for her tremendous service."
