"Stopped by this location on my way back from Pensacola. Walked in and not one person came to take my order. Wasn't busy at all. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and looking around. One employee was sitting in the lobby looking at me. Never got up to tell anyone someone is up front or anything. So now I go over to the kiosk order a fountain drink and soon as I pay now a female notice the order on the screen gives me my cup and walk away.. I will not waste my time or money at this location again."
"$3.50 for this tiny McFlurry. If you KNOW you are out of McFlurry cups then upgrade to the larger size or tell the customer about YOUR cup problem so they don't order it. Don't just say here ya go ... sorry we outta cups here's your little bitty McFlurry. Then when I make a comment the employee giggles. Nothing funny here."
