"The lady at the Window was Awesome! The food prep people, not so much. They were slow and didn't package the food correctly resulting in cold onion rings and not full cartons of the sides. The wraps i ordered were poorly wrapped causing them to fall apart in my car creating a big mess! I am NOT paying those kinds of prices for a messy incomplete meal! Ill go elsehere for a while."
"We are new to the area and I've eaten here 3 times during the move. Food is good for BK. Daytime staff seems friendly. Building looks clean. My 1 evening trip wasn't as nice. Waited way too long on our food while the employees had music blairing in the kitchen and was laughing and standing around, not cooking. This was with 5 customers waiting."
"Food was fine, drink machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while (different colors are splattered everywhere), one of the employees is wearing a shirt that says ‘as*holes live forever (the shirt isn’t sensored, I am just sensoring it for google). Not sure why they let employees show up for work wearing stuff like that for children to see… guess people getting out of church will be seeing it too."
"FLY IN BOX. The girl at the window barely spoke. When she did, she spoke with food falling out of her mouth because she was eating while serving us. I get to the bottom of my chicken fries and there’s a dead fly in my box. Absolutely disgusted with service and food."
"Customer service nice and friendly for morning.... food was TERRIBLE! The star is for the young lady only!!! I just took a bite, while driving and needing to take with medicine. If it wasn't disgusting to see. I would show u that I spit it out. Hard and burnt. This was ridiculous. If I wasn't going to work. I would have turned around. Never again!!!!!"
