"….. why does my milkshake taste like it has chemicals in it? I haven’t ever had a problem out of this store before now any other day would have gave it a 5.."
"We went in the drive thru and we got the French dip sandwiches that come with the sauce. we we got our cups with the sauce there way barley enough to cover the bottom of the cup. When we called the person who answered the phone was extremely rude.(I was not upset I was calling to let them know incase it happened to someone else). I get that business is busy but there is no need to be rude to paying customers for making them aware of a situation. They were also rude about telling me to use the coupon on the speaker and not the window once again no need to yell at people for something like that. I didn't know I had the coupon. I said "Yes ma'am I'm sorry about that" and got the window slammed in my face. Maybe they just have the wrong people in management."
