"Thought we'd grab a bite to have on the road while driving back home to Atlanta. Burgers and onion rings were great however there was issue. The cashier recommended the brownie as a dessert option to which I added to my order. After about 2hrs in, my wife realized there was no brownie. I immediately contacted the store and was told the item couldn't be refunded individually based on policy. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled, but what could I do? My fault for not checking the order before leaving the restaurant."

"Great food at a great price. My mom and I ordered through the drive through. The order was placed smoothly and we didn't have to wait long to receive our order after paying. They had great customer service and they didn't leave anything out from the order."

"Not a banner experience for our first Whataburger visit. It took 25 mins to get our order. The burgers were cooked but were no longer warm enough to melt the cheese before being served. At least 8-10 others waited just as long to get their food and the lady sitting behind us mentioned her chicken tenders were cold. Not sure if I’ll give them a second shot at another location or not. I do want to mention a helpful young man who brought our order out. He was very quick to get condiments and was a very good worker."

"This place was packed full of people !!! When we arrived, we were still in breakfast and lunch . The restraunt wasn't busy, just a few people ahead of us . We had a total of 14 with us separated into 3 different families ording. The young lady at the counter taking order was so pleasant . She smiled, made small talk, and repeated orders back correctly. She is definitely place in the right position!! Everyone in our group received correct food and in a timely manner . Our food all seemed fresh, and we all loved our food❤️ Breakfast was basically over, but they let us order breakfast still, which was really nice . So to sum that up, we had a large group , Got our food fast , everything was correct, and good!!!!"

"Dine in was open and staffed thank goodness. Stopped here on our way back to Alabama. The gentleman that waited on us was very pleasant and polite. Not too long of a wait to get our food, fresh and hot. Everything tasted pretty good however the sandwiches were very ugly and almost made me want to not take pictures for the review. But looks can and was deceiving because everything was delicious."
