"Nate came out to fix a leak in our upstairs water supply line. He pointed out the risk of future leaks due to old copper lines that were showing signs of corrosion and suggested replacing all lines. He came out the next day and had the job completed in 2 days. Excellent job knowledge and was a pleasure to work with. Also, Zach joined him for a half day and did a great job!"

"UPDATE: about an hour after this review I got a call from the company offering to refund the difference of the $69 service call and the $220 we paid if I agreed to revise my review and it was relayed their tech wasn’t transparent and they were sorry about that, I agreed I would make a revision ONCE the refund was received, it took 3 days but we received the difference as a refund, they still wanted to come over and charge $1200 for about 6” of pipe as a clean out then charge another between $500-$600 to jet the line IN HOPES that that would fix the problem, ain’t gonna happen with this company, instead we will get back with a local plumber once we return from the road, this is my revision!!! I don’t like to gravitate to the negative side of things but this experience with a Plumbing company has me extremely disheartened and I want to provide my side of things so that others who consider using this company or who do use them know what they may possibly be facing. WaterTech sent a tech who was supposed to clear a line (stopped up toilet), ashortly after he arrived he said the equipment he needed to use (snake) was broken then he said he didn't have the equipment he needed, he was probably outside at his truck more than inside and he wasted 2+ hours with no results and then wanted the full charge of $373.00 as if he had fixed the problem when he only put a camera down the line and to boot wanted to come back the next day and charge $1,200.00 to put in about 6" of pipe for a clean out then start from scratch to fix the problem UNLESS there was a root in the line or the line was broken which would drive the price higher, for the service call the payment I would have paid would of been the $69.00 for a service call yet the payment they received thanks to my boyfriend was $220.00, the experience was totally unacceptable, I do not do business like this and let them know I would be happy to provide free advertising for the difference between the $69.00 and $220.00 and then some, sure wish I had been warned ahead of time as they would of not been our choice, we still have the problem, grrrr, vent over"

"Zack came out on very short notice after a pipe burst in our garage. Had the issue diagnosed and resolved within a couple hours. Did a great job with cleanup afterwards and had us up and running again quickly. I highly recommend their services"

"My mom referred me to WaterTech after having an issue in her home so I reached out. Nate Busby was my technician today and he was absolutely wonderful! I’ve been in my home almost 7 years with very minimal plumbing issues — he came to assess a leak in my garage and also looked at each toilet in the house. While I was under the impression that the part needed in the garage was under warranty through another company who did the initial install, we quickly discovered that it was not. Despite my frustration , Nate was truly amazing from start to finish, professional, extremely patient while we troubleshooted and answered all of my questions. I would definitely utilize WaterTech and Nate again in the future if needed. Thank you Nate!"
